It is a transparent estimate based on bedrooms, bathrooms, and frequency. Before booking, we confirm the scope, access, pets, and any unusually heavy buildup by email—then you approve the final price.
What is included in a standard clean?+
Kitchen and bathroom surfaces, exterior appliance faces, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bed making, and bin emptying are included. Inside ovens, fridges, and cabinets are separate deep-clean requests.
Do I need to provide supplies?+
No. Our insured team brings professional products and tools. Tell us in your email if you prefer fragrance-free products or have a delicate surface.
Can I change or cancel a visit?+
Yes. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and there is no cancellation fee. Repeat plans are flexible and never lock you into a contract.
